WALKS		Cissbury Ring Meet Here Car Park		TALKS
This walk begins from the northern car-park at Cissbury Ring. Follow signs for Findon, then for Nepcote.
On reaching Nepcote Green (notice the old “Wattle House”), you will see Cissbury Ring signposted.
For many years simply known as “The Bury,” Cissbury is remarakable for two reasons. Firstly it contains remains of the second largest concentration of Neolithic flint mines to be found anywhere in the country. Secondly, its earthwork fortifications enclose over 60 acres, making it the second largest “hillfort” to be found in England.
