		Local History: Weekly and Saturday Courses with Chris Hare 2008/ 2009 From September 2008, Chris will be teaching four adult education courses for the University of Sussex. You don’t need any previous experience to join one of these courses; what you do need is enthusiasm and a real interest in history. Chris will be running these courses at Worthing College, Chichester College, the Weald and Downland Museum and Fishbourne Roman Palace. On the following pages you will find details of all four courses. These descriptions have been written to meet the standards of the University, but please be reassured that Chris always teaches with humour and the ‘common touch.’ You will learn about local history to the highest standard, but you’re also sure to have an enjoyable experience at the same time.
